The guided missile cruiser USS Porter arrived at Yorktown on a blustery day. Once again, the Coleman Bridge failed to close in a timely manner. It took an extra 10 minutes, on the south span. We could see men working up there but couldn't tell what they were doing. williamsburgchartersails.com
