USS Donald Cook had to wait 20 minutes for the Coleman Bridge to open Tuesday. Two Moran tugs held it steady in the York River and slowly escorted it through to NWS Yorktown once the bridge opened. Lately the bridge has gotten stuck upon closing numerous times. williamsburgchartersails.com
