A tugboat gingerly maneuvered a huge barge with a giant crane into Sarah Creek and took a careful port turn between Docks C&D toward YROC Coastal Bar & Grill. The crane operator pounded a dozen telephone pole pilings into the creek to support an upper deck at the restaurant for expanded outdoor dining.
